Windows 10: Can you recover a Minecraft world after restarting your PC?

Not too long ago, I decided to completely restart my pc and wipe everything off of it for the sake of storage and reorganization. Knowing that everything would be deleted, I figured that all of my game data would be saved onto my accounts. I've just logged into my account on Minecraft, its the same account I used before I wiped my PC, yet the world that I spent weeks and weeks building is gone along with all other worlds. Is there any way to recover it?

Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Lost Worlds

I had a minecraft world on windows 10 that I was on. My screen went black so I restarted my pc. When I turned it on and reloaded minecraft the world was gone. I have tried using the steps to recover the world bit it has not worked and I'm not sure what to
do.

Recovering Minecraft world

I have the microsoft windows 10 version of minecraft and was having trouble joining some friends on the xbox one version. I deleted minecraft and reinstalled it to hopefully be able to join their world, but when i logged back in, my worlds were not there
anymore. I believe that i did not have the world backed up in a file. Is there any way to recover my worlds after deleting and reinstalling?
