    Hello, I was charged twice when upgrading my laptop to windows 10/11 pro and need to get a refunded on the second charge. Can you help? The credit card processing was going slow when I was upgrading this on 6/18/23. The upgrade charge was 103.42, but showed up on my credit card statement twice. One of the two charges should be correct as I was able to complete the upgrade, but the second charge needs to be reversed. I looked into it and I had received order numbers for #3692684967 and #2176540329 after the install, but not sure which one went with the upgrade, and which one did not. My acc

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
