    Can you schedule a copy of files in DOS?


    Hi. Is it possible, when in Windows10, to have Windows schedule a copy of files and folders in DOS? That is, schedule the PC to shut down, do copying of files and folders in DOS, then restart to Windows again. Thanks. Rich EDIT: I ask because I am in Windows10 doing a copy of 17GB of data onto a USB stick, and most of the time the transfer rate is 0 bytes. It's going to take hours to complete.

    Java.nio.file - Copying files

    You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
    You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

The paste keyboard shortcut was intercepted and altered to cause a popup screen listing the most recent copies to choose from or ignore.
