Lumia 950 XL Can't Send MMS t-mobile USA

I don't seem to be able to send or receive mms with my 950 XL.

I seem to send images but users never receive them.

i have the same problem: to help resolving this issue, i've made a speedtest with the same wi fi connection and a lumia 820.

while the lumia 950 (not xl) had 0,40 mbps in download, the lumia 820 had 6,49 mbps in download. Same for a pc, connected with the same net, 7,26 mbps.

i've tried this test for at least 4 times and i have also screenshots of this.

in addiction to this, in the evening i turn off the wi fi net on my lumia 950, and also the data connection. In the morning, i wake up and..... wi fi is working!!! how can it be possible?

i'm very sad of this issues because it's a good lumia.... it's only working low and has this wi fi issue...

Conflicting Wi-Fi Messages


Hi.
I have this problem trying to access a ASUS Win 10 computer on a local network.
I am getting these two messages:
One or more network protocols are missing on this computer
Windows Socket Registry Entries Required for Network Connectivity are Missing

I am told that the Wi-Fi is not connected, but the device status says it is working properly



Suggestions please?
