Windows 10 used to start automatically on my HP 24" all in one desktop via the camera recognizing my face. Providing a password was an option but I have never ever used it. For some reason when I turn my computer on now I see my Photo as usual but no photo is taken and the computer does not boot. The box asking for a password appears but I have long forgotten my password so I can't get into Windows 10 at all. Can you tell me how can I find my password? Regards, John Meredith.

I have had to create a new account as I had forgotten my password and couldn't find anywhere to reset the password, am I missing something, is there a password reset link I have missed?
