LAW ENFORCEMENT WORLD WIDE NEEDS TO CATCH THESE PEOPLE! - Report them to your ph companies as well as your banking company!This company is fraudulent! I did not subscribe to anything from them if you do you will have to do what I have had to do including did canceled my bank account changed banks, plus cancel my bank cards, closing my bank account & deleting my email account. I have not read one review of anyone being refunded due to this fraudulent company!Mind you I didn’t subscribe but magically they are getting money from my bank account saying I have. I’m Not impressed as I definitely

2. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription.
   
3. Find your subscription and select Manage.
   
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
   
5. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

• Type your issues like Cancel my subscription > Get help
  
• Click the contact support below and select the category of Other Product and Cancel my subscription
  
• Now you will get a new windows of Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.

Canceling a subscription

Why can I not reach ANYONE on ANY phone number listed? I’m being charged for a subscription that I’ve tried for 2 + years to cancel. I can never reach anyone and have no log in information to login to cancel said subscription. This is absolutely the worse system ever!
