Events:Oct 2023: I signed up for a Trail Microsoft - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***Nov 10th, 202: Microsoft sent a reminder email, regarding Trail PeriodNov 11th, 2023: I requested the Subscription to be canceled.I write concerning the Trail Agreement which states that the Trail can be canceled before the Trail is completed. I wanted to see if there was anything different that I was able to do from the free online account. Please refund and cancel as per my request of November 11th, 2023 in response to your reminder email to me of Nov 10th, 2023.Note:I can use Microsoft Word for free online,

5. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.
