Windows 10: Cancel third party in app purchase

I am trying to cancel a subscription to LiquidText. LiquidText says I must cancel through Microsoft. Microsoft says I must cancel through the MS Software Store. Despite several requests, the MS tech support will not provide me the contact information for the MS Software Store. Can someone please direct me to where I should make my cancellation request?

cancelling app purchase

One of my children had my phone and purchased an app without my knowledge, want to cancel it. App not on my phone but message to outlook said I had purchased Tons of Gem app for €25. How do I stop this and stop it happening in future without banning
kids from using the phone completely as some good apps on it.

 

Good LAN party games?

However, I found Swat4 to actually be a pretty fun LAN game, especially at smaller LAN parties.

Are you trying to purchase the app from Windows Store?



Try the below methods and check:

Method 1: I would suggest you to run the inbuilt app troubleshooter.

Follow the steps:

• 
  Press “Windows” + “X” and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting and select View all on left hand side of the screen.
  
• 
  Select the App and follow the instruction to troubleshoot.
  

Method 2: I suggest you to follow the steps below to reset the Windows store:

• 
  Press the “Win Logo” + “R”
  
• 
  Type: WSReset.exe and press “Enter”.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check.
