    cancelled subscription then renewed 4 days later can no longer access Word docs.


    cancelled subscription to Office 365 then decided to restart after 4 days. I can access files but not my Word files message is usually ending with files transferred elsewhere and not available. Should I update the Microsoft programme or uninstall and reinstall? I'm not confident enough the repair option

    i cannot access word after my subscription renewal it is most frustrating as ive just paid for it using amex card please give me a full refund because im unable to use your product and ive wasted my money...thank you
