Windows 10: Cancelling Duplicate subscription

I am subscribing to two separate MS 365 home accounts. I wish to cancel one of these. One is monthly paid, the other annual. They are using different account login names and passwords. How do I do this? I am using Laptop running Windows11.Once I have cancelled one, do I remove ALL MS365 apps and reinstall?Thanks

3. Find your subscription and select Manage.
   
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
   
5. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

• Click the contact support below and select the category of Other Product and Cancel my subscription
  
• Now you will get a new windows of Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.

Canceling a subscription

Why can I not reach ANYONE on ANY phone number listed? I’m being charged for a subscription that I’ve tried for 2 + years to cancel. I can never reach anyone and have no log in information to login to cancel said subscription. This is absolutely the worse system ever!
