Windows 10: Cancelling S Mode

I am having issues with cancelling the S Mode, I got to store, click on Get and then it just says working on it and never actually completes it, even if I leave for hours. Any tips please, I am on a Lenovo Ideas Pad Flex 5.I contacted Lenovo and they said was a microsoft issue.

https://account.microsoft.com/services.

• Sign in with the email address you use to sign in to Groove.
• Go to the Services & subscriptions tab.
• In your subscriptions, select the Cancel button next to Groove Music Pass.
