Windows 10: cancelling winzip pro

We uninstalled the program before our renewal date and the company charged us $49.99 anyway. Now they are telling us we can't cancel get a refund BECAUSE WE ALREADY PAID they took the money out of our account even though we uninstalled. Now, they are staying we are stuck with the charge of $49.99 for the year. We don't even have the program installed on the computer any longer.

SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THIS AND GET US OUR REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
