Windows 10: Candy Crush and flash

Does Candy Crush need flash to run and if so is that why I am not connected to server? Also what do I need to do to fix this on my laptop Thank you.

iOS runs Candy Crush etc Do they use another/replacement version of flash? Is there a replacement/equivalent for WP8? Don't we need flash for other tasks? Why are candy crush/King reluctant to make a version for WP8 users?

Apologies, I feel like i'm missing out on these features!

...apart from WP8 users who want to play candy crush, farm heroes, pet rescue or view any content that requires Flash...
