Windows 10: Candy Crush games have black screens

i was on vacation for 3 months and havent been using my laptop at home. So when I came back and started my computer, there were a bunch of updates that needed to be installed so i did. Everything was fine and there were no errors but when I started to play my Candy Crush games: Saga, Soda and Jelly, I notice that they all had a black screen/background and was unable to play the game. I also notice that there is a new Candy Crush with Friends game downloaded on my computer. Curious, i went ahead and open the game with no errors whatsoever. The game works but the the other old versions do not. Other games that came with the software update like Solitaire, etc., also works with no problems.


Is there a fix available for this or is there something i need to do to get it working again? Thanks, Ben.

Black background while playing Candy crush soda saga game

when I start Candy crush saga game, I see only black screen and I am unable to play candy crush as the screen is invisible. please get me out of here. Screen may be changed to visible

I have already downloaded the Candy Crush Game and I have played almost 10 level. But the problem is now it is not opening. When I click candy crush game, the game is on with a message loading and shutdown automatically.

So the best answer I can offer is to try one of two things:

• Look in windowsphone.com under
  Apps+Games and see if there is something similar.
• If you do not see anything you like then send a note to the developer of Candy Crush and ask if they have plans for developing for Windows Phone.

So with Candy Crush, you create rows or columns with three candies of the same color to remove them. I have never played Candy Crush but I think it is similar to Jewel³ (Jewel³ beziehen – Microsoft Store de-DE).
