    Candy Ctrush Soda Saga


    I play Candy Crush Soda Saga on my laptop through Microsoft Winows. I made a couple of purchases during the game and got nothing. I was in contact with the "King" company, sent my receipts and they verified that for 2 charges I did not receive anything. They cannot give me credit and said that only Microsoft can credit my account. I went ionto my Microsoft history but there is not a button to push to start a return on those items. The charges were $6.99 and $8.99. Not a huge amount but that is not the point. I don't mind paying to play a game but I want what I paid for. If this King company is not reputable maybe Microsoft should not be associated with them. I even contacted Paypal but it does not seem that they can help me. I would appreciate your help.
