    Cannot access BIOS on windows 11 PC . shift/restart does not work .


    I have ongoing with a windows 11 PC 22H2 .ASUS PRIME Z690 A . Intel I9-12900KF . Nvidia quadro P5000 . 64gb DDR5 RAM . 2TB ssd samsung 990 pro Great system , garbage operating system I cannot access BIOS . I know about holding shift /restart , IT DOES NOT WORK !!!I've tried resarting 3 times , IT DOES NOT WORK !!No method works for completing this most elementary of computer tasks .I have several PC's and this windows 11 is nothing but one bit of trouble after another .This is the most serious since I am litterally locked out of my own computer .

    access BIOS settings in Win 10

    I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
    series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?

    I am stuck on the bios screen when I am restarting Windows 11 and pressing the shift key.

    I want to get to the Windows 11 Recovery Environment.

    When I press the "shift" key while I am restarting Windows 11, I get the bios screen. Then there is no option to go to any other place that will get me to the Windows 11 Recovery Environment.

    Any suggestions?

    Intel Speed Shift Technology not working in Windows 11

    I have an Intel® Core™ i3-10100, and the Intel Speed Shift Technology is not working for me in windows 11. However in windows 10 works perfectly fine.

    I have all drivers installed, and i have Intel Speed Shift enabled in the bios (UEFI). (I tried to disable Turbo Boost and Speed Step in bios, but the problem remains)

    I do not know if this is a bug, or if windows 11 does not support Intel Speed Shift.
