Windows 10: cannot access HDD partitions because of mistakes.

i have data on the problematic HDD that i must get. i have another HDD that works fine and i can copy data to but must not format.

1 i connected an old hard drive to my pc and saw it has 4 partitions 1 bit, 3 small and 1 unallocated.
2 i tried to set a letter to one of the partitions and but it all the options in the context menu were disabled.
3 i tried setting a letter to the unallocated partition which transformed my disk to dynamic. now each partition had a letter but it couldn't access them as because it was listed raw.see image 1

4 using minitool partition wizard home edition 4.2.2 i converted it back to basic. but this time i have 1 partition and 1 unallocated segment. and again i can't assign letters. see image 2


* after stage 3 i saw on DISKPART that the partitions have a volumes but after stage 4 the HDD has no volumes. is it because the partitions merged?

what do i do? how do i get the data? must i use a paid recovery program like remo? if so, after i get the data, do i need to format to use the disk? what should i have done in the beginning? im asking because i have another drive waiting

W7 Hard drive partition issue

to get rid of that 100 meg windows partition that setup creates for you on a new install on a blank hdd:

- press shift+f10 when on the partition management screen in setup <-- this opens a command prompt
- diskpart <-- start the windows command line partition management tool
- list disk <--- list the installed hdds in this computer for the next step
- select disk 0 <- might have to replace 0 with the number of the correct disk
- clean <-- this will erase all data on the disk you selected one step up- dont use the wrong disk!
- create partition primary <- creates a primary partition taking up all space on the drive, adjust the command if necessary
- exit, exit to exit diskpart and the command prompt
- click refresh in partition manager and select your newly created partition and install to that

 

recovery partition deleted by mistake

Dear community

i have deleted recovery partition by mistake. so please help to create same recovery partition. my windows configuration is windows 8.

Future anything happen with my commuter that time i will helpless. so suggest pls
