Windows 10: Cannot access junk Mail

Discus and support Cannot access junk Mail in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I used to be able to check my junk mail for things that for some reason ended up there. Now i can't.     Cannot access junk Mail


    I used to be able to check my junk mail for things that for some reason ended up there. Now i can't.
    When I click on the paperclip to access this screen, I click on JUNK MAIL and this is exactly what I get. No junk mail what so ever. That's is, that's all. I cannot see my junk mail anymore. I've got to be getting some, right?

    How to access junk mail.

    I've read the prior questions and suggestions re junk mail in Windows 10 but I don't see exactly the same situation as mine. The icon is in place at the bottom of the Microsoft Email but nothing happens when I click it. I don't even get the whirling
    gizmo that indicates it's trying to work. I've had this new computer functioning for 3 days and haven't managed to find the junk mail in Windows 10. The Outlook mail is working as it should, so why can't I access the junk? Maybe I'm trying to access the
    junk from the wrong place? Thanks for any assistance.

    Windows Live Mail Junk not junk


    I don't see those options on my Hotmail account....on the web <---- I access my email from on the web, not on my desktop. Here is a pic of my Junk mail folder....on the web...

    Hotmail.com AND Outlook.com are same mail programs.....on the web....

    Just curious if there is a limit to the number of junk , spam mail that can be stored in the Blocked Mail List, mainly Blocked Mail Domain list? Just blocking junk mail is not as effective as blocking the domain although this can be quite labourious too.
