Windows 10: Cannot access Mircosoft store nor its apps.

Everytime I try to open groove music with an audio, open photo to view photos, all get is this code error sign. I tried resetting in settings but proceeds to repeat the process. I'm not sure whats' going on!!!Help!

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

 

Trouble with a downloaded App from the Mircosoft Store.

I am having problems connecting to an App downloaded from the mircosoft store. The App is Sniper Fury from gameloft. The game froze while being used and when i attempted to start the game it started with a new ID number. I uninstalled the game (app)
and reloaded it from the mircosoft store, after which i keep getting the error message from gameloft "glnc_2502_401_" Failure to connect, make sure the wi fi is running. I am having no problems with any other areas of my computer or network. I have uninstalled
and reinstalled the App several times over the past 2 days.

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
