Windows 10: Cannot access my Bitlocker recovery key

I tried to access to aka.ms/myrecoverykey to get the recovery key. I signed in and the page require me to get the security code from my alternative email. But my alternative email was deactivated due to long inactivity. It asked me to change my security info. But I have to wait for a month for changing it. Is there any alternative way to receive the security code? such as phone number. I found that my personal info does not contain my phone number but only phone linked to the PC. Or is there any other way to get my Bitlocker recovery key?

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
