Windows 10: Cannot access New Admin Account after having removed Admin functionality from other...

I am running Windows 11 and version 22H2. I am the only user on the computer. I have restore points but because I cannot login to the new Admin account thus I can not access them. I wanted to create a new Admin account with a different email address so I did that. I then went to remove the Admin privileges to the original account to make it a Standard Account. I then rebooted and tried to login to the old account and it is working as a Standard Account but the New Admin account is not functioning correctly. When I try to login to the new Admin account it has varying behaviors. Sometimes

Hidden Admin Account Infected - Help

Somehow my windows 7 hidden admin account got infected. I cannot open regedit, task manager or any virus program.. in fact.. most programs wont work.. but my regular everyday account is fine.

The problem is this: I have been infected in my regular account before.. and running virus tools from my hidden admin account fixes them.. but I cannot do the reverse now because my regular account doesn't have access to my admin account.

I know what the virus is.. its a rouge antivirus.. it mostly annoying.. Programs do open up for a split second before this rouge antivirus program closes it again and then lies and gives me a message that says, " Cannot open this program, the program is infected" LOL

Its putting a lot of adware on my system but not crippling it.. but only in the admin account.

What are your ideas?

I realize that you are unable to perform some admin functions on the pc even though you have logged in to the pc as admin. I will try to help you with this issue.

If your current user account is not an admin account then using the built in admin account you can change the current user account into admin account. Press Windows key + X and click on Control Panel. Click on User account to see if your user account
is set as admin or standard.

An administrator account is a user account that lets you make changes that will affect other users. Administrators can change security settings, install software and hardware, and access all files on the computer. Administrators can also make changes
to other user accounts.

If your current user account is set as admin then follow these steps to disable the built in admin account.

Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.

  Click on Command Prompt (admin) to open Command Prompt.

  Type the following command and hit Enter:

  net user administrator /active: no (Check for the spaces).
  

Once this is done the built in admin account is disabled.
