    Cannot Access OneDrive via the browser -- getting blank screen


    When I try to access OneDrive via the browser, after I login I get a blank white screen.
    This happens with both Firefox 60 and IE11.

    Any ideas why and how to fix this?

    Cannot Access Programs via Windows Button

    I cannot access ANY PROGRAMS other than those that are on the taskbar. And I cannot access SETTINGS.

    I tried to follow the steps that you listed but I can't get to even the command prompt!
