Windows 10: Cannot access order details page

I have bought a Windows 10 Pro licence in Microsoft store, but when I'm clicking on the order in "Orders journal" I'm redirecting to page that says "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available." How can I access my order page?

W10 can connect to wider internet but cannot access web pages

I have an odd issue with my W10 laptop linked to Sky broadband in the UK via wifi using a Sky router. The effect is that while I can actually access the internet (I can send and receive emails using Outlook and can connect to other machines using TeamViewer) I cannot access any web site (Google, BBC etc). There is no specific error message, merely that the access request timed out and a suggestion that it may be to do with proxy.

I have tried the following:

1. Other systems (W10 and ios) can access web sites using the same Sky router (therefore probably not a router problem)
2. I have sent and received emails using Outlook, so the broadband connection is working (probably not a Sky problem)
3. I have tried two different browsers (Firefox and Edge), no connection (not a browser problem)
4. I am using Windows Defender and have:
   1. Made sure that Firefox is in the list of allowed systems in its Firewall, no connection after a reboot
   2. Turned off the Firewall and tried again - no connection

My next step will be to re-install Windows, but has anyone got any other suggestions? Could it be some sort of virus (I have carried out a complete virus check using Defender)

So - any suggestions?

 

Product Key not on Order Page

I ordered an upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro recently. The upgrade occurred automagically, but I now have no product key. I spent some time and went to my account, finding the order and selecting it. Microsoft support under "Product Key" says to

Go to Order history, find ,
and then select Product key/Install

I looked at the order summary and detail on Order History. There was no Product Key. Much appreciate some help.

Windows 10 will not let me access my account on Comcast home page.

In order to assist you better please confirm a few of things:

• What is the exact error message are you getting?
• Is this issue confined only with Comcast home page?
• Are you facing this issue on other browsers?

I suggest you to try accessing Comcast home page using other web browsers and check whether the same issue persist or not.

Also I would suggest you to follow the below steps to clear the cache from Edge and check if the issue persist.

• Open Edge browser and on the top right corner click on the three dots
  
• Then below click on Settings.
• Under Clear browsing data.
• Tap or click on Choose what to clear.
• From the list check Cached data
  and files, browsing history and click on Clear.
