Windows 10: Cannot Access Safe Mode from my Lenovo Ideacentre AIO 700-24ish All-in-One. The screen went...

Microsoft's three recommendations on how to launch into Safe Mode work with my Lenovo Ideacentre AIO 700 All-in-One. Hopefully, there is more way to enter Safe Mode than those three. I am trying to access the latest Restore point so I can activate it and return to the state the computer was in before I ran FixWin. If anyone knows how I can do that, I would be forever grateful. I purchased my Lenovo ideacentre A10 700 Windows 10 workstation 4months ago, now the screen keeps on flickering, enlarging intermitently how can I fix this issue ?

 

Touchscreen issue on Lenovo ideacentre following update

Following a Windows update to Windows 10, the screen on my Lenovo ideacentre AIO is acting as if it is receiving multiple, more or less random touches. We had not even be using the touch screen prior to the update. The mouse is also useless as the PC has
taken on a life of its own and trying to disable the touch screen is rendered impossible as you cannot get the mouse to the right place due to random movements. There are ghostly white circles appearing up an down the middle of the screen, presumably because
it believes it is being touched. Please don't suggest this is a hardware issue, there was no problem pre-update and there appear to be similar problems happening to others with no obvious solution ...
