Windows 10: Cannot access, sync or add my outlook emails to outlook app

So, a funny problem has arisen. It seems my outlook profile has become corrupt or something and "Microsoft Outlook cannot connect to Server".This is happening to my outlook emails. One cannot be synced anymore. "Need Password" message comes. But when I click there, or start outlook, even start outlook in safe mode,nothing happens. a ghost window keeps trying to appear, I guess enter password option, only it does not come. It keeps blinking and going away.In a desperate attempt to fix this issue, I removed one outlook email account from the list of email accounts and I cannot add it back.My bus

If Outlook is set as a POP3 account, and the option isn't enabled to leave a copy of the email on the server, then yes you are correct, once the email is downloaded to the computer with outlook it won't be accessible on the iPhone.

unless that rig is on dial up then there is no need to set up Outlook of course unless they need it for work. They can just check their email via the internet like any yahoo gmail or hotmail or what ever mail. I understand using Outlook to Pop in work emails but if your not on dial up then I would say scrap the Outlook app altogether.
