Windows 10: Cannot activate Preinstalled Windows 10 Home Single Language after resetting my PC

I have a preinstalled windows 10 home Single Language on brand new Lenovo ideapad320.

After I reset my PC using the feature on Settings, I am getting a message to activate Windows. I tried to activate under settings but I am getting this message " we cant activate Windows because you dont have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select trouble shoot below. error code 0xc004f012"

I tried troubleshoot feature but still cant activate.


How to solve this problem?

Activate single language edition with multi language key?


I downloaded the Win10 Home single language ISO for a clean install on a new build PC and skipped the activation step during install. Now I need to activate. If I purchase a copy of Windows 10 Home in store or digitally, will I be able to use the product key in my current install without need to re-install?

I tried to phone MS support about this and they were utterly useless!

I have free upgraded by Laptop from 8.1 single language to 10 single language, later I have reset my pc and reinstalled windows 10 home edition, I tried updating my windows product key to activate, but it is getting failed. now how to choose windows 10 single
language edition in order to activate my Windows 10?
