Windows 10: Cannot activate the licence

I did a SSD change. Unfortunately don't remember or remarked what Windows 10 edition was installed since I have several cumputers. I newly reinstalled Windows 10 Education on the new SSD but it cannot activate the licence with digital licence that is on the old SSD removed. Tryed with my microsoft acount, not listed for this cumputer. Tryed to check the edition through dos command but it says I dont have the same system! Very frustating. How can I know which of the version Home or Pro or Education was installed on old SSD? Also do I have really to make a complete reinstall to change from Education to Pro or Home? windows 10 activation - licence will expire soon

There are two new entries in the Diagnostic report.

1. Activation Scenario Code:

2. ProductKey Code:

Both are blank on my PC.

My guess is 1. above relates to this VAMT Step-by-Step Scenarios (Windows 10) | Microsoft Docs - if so non-volume users won't be affected.

No idea about 2. - there are more than enougn PK entries already!... was hoping some more digital licencing stuff would come up.

Gonna have to do some more digging and testing,,,

I suggest you to activate the copy of Windows by phone by following the steps provided below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

How to verify that my Windows 10 licence is associated with my Hotmail/Microsoft account

Do those steps:

• Use the keyboard shortcut Windows-I to open the Settings application.
  
• Select Update & Security.
  
• Select Activation
  

Here you see the current status. If the account has no licence you can click on Add an account, enter your account data and the account gets the license added.

You can see this in the next step in the same dialog:
