    Cannot activate Windows 10 Evaluation Edition (0xc004003)


    I work with Windows 10 evaluation edition a lot. I regularly do 50+ deployments in less than a week as I work with different customers with different builds. This week, Windows 10 installation of Evaluation Edition, downloaded from the Microsoft site (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-10-enterprise) refuse to activate and shut down in 1 hour. Usually these install activate and allow 90 days.

    The error show with ATO is "Error 0XC004C003 The activation server determined the specified product key is blocked." Now, eval installation do not need a key and as such I think that the Activation Service is blocking the Windows 10 eval key for some reason.

    Can anyone else test the deployment and let me know if it activates and gives you the 90 day evaluation time or is there something wrong with the activation service at the moment?

    Activating Windows 10 ent Evaluation edition to Enterprise

    I have used an evaluation copy of W10 Ent. to deploy via SCCM, and deployed in around 300 Machines. I have got MAK and KMS key, is there anyway I can activate my License to Enterprise Edition without rebuilding the PC's.

    Windows 10 PRO Evaluation copy

    Hi,

    there is no "evaluation copy of win 10 PRO". The single evaluation version of Windows 10 is Enterprise evaluation. What do you mean, illegally installed non-activated copy?

    You may determine what edition you have a license for you may ask a hardware manufacturer - what edition was preinstalled.
