Windows 10: Cannot activate windows after hardware change, Troubleshooter error, cannot contact support...

Hello,Pretty much as the title states. I am very disappointed because i've been in a loop of troubleshoots and "contact us" and "contact us" when I can't even do that because my country is not supported. As if we can't speak English here. Chat is unavailable it seems anymore, and I was unable to find if it is even available at all before or if it is due to the fact that it is Saturday. Troubleshooter gives me this error : ""Unable to activate Windows We can't reactivate Windows as our servers aren't available right now. Wait for a few minutes or try adding your Microsoft account again.""

the changes made, then as per digital licensing policy Windows 10 PC gets activated after running the activation troubleshooter.

Problem re-activating windows after hardware change

I recently changed my PC motherboard & cpu and i need to re-activate windows. Going through the steps in windows and using the troubleshooter > "I recently changed my hardware" > selecting my PC from list of devices, it never works. Error code 0xC004C003.
I bought a windows 10 OEM key and have seen generally you just need to call support to re-activate but none of the phone numbers they give me work (UK). Any advice or people I can contact is appreciated.

If you're having trouble activating Windows 10, follow these steps to fix activation errors:

1. Confirm that your device is up to date and running Windows 10, version 1607 or later. In the search box on the taskbar, type winver, and then select Winver from the list of results. You'll see the version and build of Windows.

2. Use the Activation troubleshooter to resolve simple errors. For more info, see Try the Activation troubleshooter below.

3. If you're still getting an error, check the list of error codes below and follow the suggested steps to resolve it.

Make sure the error hasn't changed. Sometimes when you run the Activation troubleshooter or try to activate, the error code and message will change. If the error code has changed, look up the new code below and follow the recommended steps. (If you're getting
an error code that isn't listed on this page, contact customer support.)

Try the Activation troubleshooter

1. If you're running Windows 10, version 1607 or later, the Activation troubleshooter might help reactivate Windows if you recently made a significant hardware change (such as replacing the motherboard) or reinstalled Windows.

2. You must be an administrator to use this option. For more info, see Using the Activation troubleshooter.

If you have a valid product key, use it to activate Windows:

Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation .

Select Change product key, and then enter the 25-character product key.
