Windows 10: Cannot activate Windows after upgrading my PC

I got a new motherboard, CPU, RAM etc.. A few hours after I got my PC up and running, I get this notification to activate Windows. It said that I don't have a valid digital license or product key, with error code 0xC004C003. When I click the troubleshoot option, followed by the 'recently changed hardware' option, it initially said there was some error connecting to the Microsoft servers. When I tried again later, the only device I could select was my old PC. However, on the Microsoft website, the devices tab lists both my old PC and my new PC, under the same account.


I have already tried signing out of the Microsoft account on this PC and signing in again but the troubleshooter still does not detect the new PC even though the Microsoft account webpage does!

Activating Windows 10 after upgrade

If you still face issues with Activation after upgrading to Windows 10, suggest you to activate the Operating System through phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

Windows 10 Wont Activate after upgrade

I had used the mediacreationtool to upgrade my pc. Will waiting 24 hours still work with it?

or you could hack it with a crack but please note this is always risky and you don't know what's in the hack
