Windows 10: cannot add 4th work or school account

Hello there!We have the difficulty with one customer that we only have three work or school accounts Microsoft 365‎‎in the Windows 10 PC!‎‎If we want to create the 4th account, we always get the error message CAA5010A see appendix‎‎Here there seems to be a limit for creating the accounts!‎‎We would like to increase this limit to 4 or 5!‎ Error msg: A problem is occurredthe device cannot be registered to the windows account; Your access to organization resources is possibly restricted

Remove Deactivated Work Or School Email Account

I have an organizational email account that has been deactivated, current guides online say the following:

"If you need to remove an account from your PC:

1. Select Start > Settings > Accounts > Access work or school .
   
2. Select the account you wish to remove, then select Disconnect
   
   ...."
   

However, the only option presented at this section is "Manage" which forwards me to my organization's page to login. The account has since been deactivated with no way to get to the next step.
I have been getting notifications from my system that "There is a problem with a work or school account click her to fix now" but obviously can't login to remove the account from the system.
Is there a work around to remove the account without logging in?

 

Seperate Personal Microsoft Account from School Account

Go to Accounts.

Select Your Info, is the School Account Email listed there?

Select Emails and Accounts, is the School Account Email listed there?

Select Access Work or School, is the School Account Email listed there?
