Windows 10: Cannot add credit card to Family safety because country is wrong and cannot be changed.

Hi, I have checked every address details from my Microsoft account and they are correct. However when I try to add a credit card via Family safety, the country is locked as ”Comoros” some African country. I was able to add credit card with correct country information to Microsoft account payment methods, but Family safety doesn’t use that information. How can I get rid of ”Comoros” country?

This issue might occur if there is change in family safety account.



To assist you better, please provide us the information below:

• Have you tried to log out or restart from the child's computer and logging in to the computer?
• Are you able to see the child account in the Family Safety settings after removing it?

I suggest you to refer to the steps below to remove the child account from the family safety account and also turn on
Activity reporting.

Adding Credit Card to Windowsphone.com after changing country code

I changed the country code of my liveid to dutch. But for some reason my country connected to windowsphone isn't changed. So I STILL cannot add a Credit card. This brings back the horrors I get from the Dynamics Website.

Why do you always have credit card issues. Also a remider. There's more to the world than the US and not everybody has a credit card. So Please fix this issue. It's getting annoying.
