Windows 10: Cannot adjust left/right balance with headphones independently.

Hi! I have hearing loss in one ear, and in order to more comfortably use headphones, I need to adjust the balance toward the right side. However, when I do so in settings OR in control panel, even when I am clicking on the single "left" or "right" dial, it forces one to adjust WITH the other. Is there a way to combat this? Mono audio is off.

How to adjust left-right balance for headphones connected to pc with bluetooth

I have a pair of Bose qc35II headphones and I can connect them to my Windows 10 box via bluetooth.

When connected via bluetooth, if I try to correct the left-right balance by pressing the "Balance" button on the Levels tab of the Headphones Properties

the two sliders are locked together and moving one moves the other.

This problem does not happen when I connect the headphones to my PC with a wire.

It also does not happen when I connect the headphones to my cellphone via bluetooth.

Any suggestion about how I can adjust the right and left volumes when connected via bluetooth to my Windows 10 computer?

i want to adjust my bluetooth headphones level balance slider move individually but when i slide one slider other automatically move with first one (image attached).
so is this possible to move slider individually..actually i want that sound comes only from right side and left side must be mute.

The function of adjusting the volume of the left and right ears of Bluetooth headphones separately belongs to the Bluetooth device itself, and we are not very familiar with it, so we cannot provide you with accurate help.

We suggest that you consult the official technical support of the Bluetooth device to understand relevant information and see if it can be achieved.
