Windows 10: Cannot always add attachments in Windows 11

Since upgrading to Windows 11 I cannot always add attachments in Outlook. The system tries to add the attachment but it says downloading and takes forever even for files saved locally. Most often I have to End Task and try again.What can I do?

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

  Is the issue confined to Internet Explorer 11?
  
• 
  Apart from Office 13 Word and Excel, are you able to open Emails with other attachments?
  

I would suggest you to clear your Internet Explorer 11 cache and cookies and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Shift + ctrl + Delete key on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Mark check on cache and cookies and click on Delete button.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
