  1. Cannot apply Nov and Dec updates to 1703

I have downloaded the November and December Cumulative update for Windows 10 v1703. Using the same process of going through the Windows Catalog as I have done for the last few years. The machines I am patching are stand alone so I transfer all the patches for the month and install them. However now those patches will not install. They say “The update is not applicable to your computer”. I know the patches are the correct ones.

My question is since 1703 is at the end of life for enterprise are they actively blocking the install of these patches? They are posting the patches so I am confused.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
