  1. Cannot boot, endless powering cycling

I built a new pc, worked great, I installed windows 11 and everything. The issue was I didn't have the partitions set as I wanted. I had to delete all he partitions even the one with the os and boot. Now my pc will just power on, then power off, then power on, then off endlessly. I cannot enter bios or boot from windows or USB. Need help.

    :)

    Windows 10 endless loop reboot

    Hi,

    • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
    • Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
    • What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided in the following article and check if it helps.

    HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

    Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

    • Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
    • Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
please see here the recorded video demonstrating the boot loop behavior for reference.

Any advice, troubleshooting steps, or insights into what might be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.

    Endless restart cycle after update

My windows 10 desktop updated automatically when it shut down.

It is now in an endless restart cycle.

When it restarts it first shows a black screen saying "restoring your previous version of windows" for a second.

Then it shows a black screen with "gigabyte" written on it and 4 options at the bottom of the screen:

    DEL: Bios setup/ Q flash

    F9: system information

    F12: Boot menu

    END: Q-Flash

This screen lasts a second, then the computer restarts again.

Can you please assist with my problem?

    Thanks
