    Cannot boot my pc with my nvme!!!


    So i just bought a new nvme to replace my ssd as the boot priority, the bios detects the nvme in M2_1 but nowhere can I find it in the boot choices. I have installed windows 11 on it but when finishing the download it goes back to boot the usb so it restart the steps;-; I tried taking it off when rebooting after the downloading too but goes immediately to bios again. I don’t know if I need to only have the nvme to show when choosing wich drive to put the windows installation but just in case I’ll say I cannot do it, the usb stick always show or something else with it.I tried every combination

    Will I lose dual-booting if I clone HDD to NVMe using Macrium?

    NavyLCDR - interesting suggestion - connect the NVMe drive before running the steps in the amazing article I linked to? Just to see that the 7010 (in each of Win 10 and Win 7 booting from the HDD) recognizes the NVMe for storage purposes, and that therefore each Win has the drivers for the Samsung NVMe? I like it.

    Use bootloader from a SATA disk to boot Windows installation on a NVME disk

    I've managed to get the system booting from the NVME some other way:

    1. Converted the NVME to GPT using MBR2GPT.EXE
    2. Hacked NVME support into the bios
