    Cannot boot windows


    I was reinstalling windows from the "setup.exe" file inside of the windows 11 ISO, I shutdown my computer whilst I was completing installation of windows where you make an account, when I rebooted, my computer booted into windows boot manager and I cannot boot into windows or the installation screen, I only have usb with a few dozen megabytes of storage and a SD card that is under 8GB, I have a phone with a lot of storage, could I a downloaded windows iso from my phone to my PC via CMD somehowPlease tell he how to recover my laptop
