Windows 10: Cannot change/add language to English after upgrading Windows to 11 Pro in my single...

I have a Chinese language Windows 11 Single language edition. I understand from previous posts that upgrading to Windows 11 Pro will solve that.I have upgraded to Windows 11 pro by paying the additional money. But still, in the language options, I do not see any other language other than Chinese. I tried adding additional languages, but that doesn't seem to be solving the problem.

If your license is single language, you won't be able to change the system display language. You will have to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro in order to be able to change system display languge.

A key you bought in China or outside of China doesn't matter. You just need the upgrade portion though, not the whole Pro license. Once you have the pro edition, you can change the display languge to any, there's no restriction of country.

Single language means you won't be able to change the display language and you could only add new keyboard or language to type but not change the display language of the Windows.

You have to upgrade to Windows 11 Multilanguage or Windows 11 Pro.

I got a new notebook that came with windows 11 (single language), i'm used to looking up every setting in english, and they're not showing up in windows search as most of the tools have different names in the local language, which is really incovenient. I need to change the windows display language to english but the system won't allow me, as the license only allows a single display language, what are my options? Will i have to pay for the pro license or do i have another plan which covers more display languages? Thanks.
