    Cannot change app recommendation settings- doesn't exist


    When an app launcher is installed and I try to open the file, I receive a pop up telling me that I need to either get apps from the store or change my app recommendation settings. When I click the link to the app recommendation settings there is no setting to allow non-Microsoft apps to be installed.

It keeps giving me the change your recommend settings, and then nothing is there to reverse it. I tried seeing if the Windows is in S-mode, and it won't allow me to do that either....
