Windows 10: Cannot change background colour in windows 10 22H2

Hello,I have the follow issue with windows 10 22H2 under change background colour click custom and change the background colour from blue to grey, and restart my pc, now the issue is that I cannot change the background colour from grey to blue under custom there is no colours available.Any help to fix this issue would be appreciated.Thanks

"window background colour from white to something softer", Are you referring to title bar of the window OR the white background in the file explorer, context menu etc.,?

If yes, Please be informed that this is by design and it cannot be changed from white to different color.



As this is the feature you would like to see in windows 10, you may provide your suggestions in the feedback app.

It will be directly referred by our developer’s team for further improvement.

Follow the steps:

• Go to Start, enter the phrase Windows Feedback, and then select Windows Feedback.
• See if someone else has given similar feedback by entering the topic, such as Microsoft Music.
• If you find similar feedback, select it, add any details, and then select Me too.
• To narrow your search to a specific category, pick the category that most closely matches your feedback (so it gets to the right people quickly). For example, for feedback about the Music app, select Apps > Music.

Background change (to picture) results in a solid colour, not an image

As the title suggests I try to change my desktop background and it will not accept the image. It will simply put a solid colour there instead. I have tried from the settings panel and even from the image viewer. The image viewer results in an error and suggests I need to activate Windows. It is activated.

CHANGE BACKGROUND COLOURS IN WIN 10 HOME VERSION

HOW DO I CHANGE BACKGROUND COLOURS IN WIN 10 HOME VERSION? QUITE SPONTANEOUSLY THE BACKGROUND COLOURS IN MY PC WERE CHANGED FOR SOME STRANGE REASON AND NOW I WANT TO CHANGE BACK TO THE ORIGINAL COLOUR SETTINGS. WHERE DO I FIND THE DEFAULT BACKGROUND COLOURS?
ACTUALLY I WOULD PREFER TO HAVE A WHITE BACKGROUND BUT WHITE DOES NOT SEEM TO EXIST IN SETTINGS/BACKGROUND COLOUR. MOREOVER ACCENT COLOUR SETTING SEEMS TO BE LOCKED. BY THE WAY, WHAT IS ACCENT COLOURS ACTUALLY? AREN T THERE DIFFERENT LAYERS OF COLOUR : BACKGROUND
AT THE BOTTOM AND THEN 2-3 DIFFERENT LAYERS ONTOP OF IT?
