Windows 10: Cannot change my Windows 10 PIN because it is tied to my work account

Hi.In Windows 10, I go to Settings -> Sign-in options -> Windows 10 Hello PINIt says "Sorry, this PIN is not working for your organization's resources. Tap or click here to fix it."I click this message. This opens a popup "Use Windows 10 Hello with your account"For some reason, the email listed is my work email account, not my personal email account that is listed in the "Your Info" page under settings.I click "Use a different account" and then "Use another account"I enter my personal email under "Sign In" and click NextI get an error "You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use

I suggest you to go through the below steps and check if it helps.

Follow these steps to set up a PIN on your Windows User Account:

• 
  Press the Windows +S key combination to display the Search box.
  
• 
  Type the word pin into the Search box, then click
  Set up PIN sign-in.
  
• 
  Find the “PIN” section and click the Add button.
  
• 
  Type in the password for your User Account, then click the
  Ok button.
  
• 
  Select and enter a 4 digit numeric pin, then enter it again for confirmation.
  
• 
  Exit the PIN setup utility.
  

From now on you’ll be able to log in to your Windows account by entering your 4 digit PIN instead of your password.



You can change your PIN at any time by following the steps below:

• 
  Press the Windows +S key combination to display the Search box.
  
• 
  Type the word pin into the Search box, then click Set up PIN sign-in.
  
• 
  Find the “PIN” section and click the Change button.
  
• 
  Enter your Windows password, then click the
  Ok button.

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to Change PIN password:

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.
