Windows 10: Cannot change network adapter properties

I use a laptop with Windows 10 image, it is Dell Precision and three network adapters. But I faced a problem with network adapter settings. I changed the settings and tried to save them but it resulted in an error. “An unexpected condition occurred. Not all of your requested changes in settings could be made”.

I tried to run Network reset but all adapters disappeared. So I uninstalled all network adapter drivers and did the scanning for hardware changes. The drivers came up but the adapters haven’t appeared.

How can I get the network adapters back?

but i solve it, just change your MAC Address to another company and the adapter name will change !!

Device Manager
Scroll down to and expand Network Adapters
Double click your adapter to show Properties
Press the Details tab
Property box: scroll to Inf name
Value box: displays the name of the inf file

You can also see the specific inf section in the inf file if you scroll down the property list a little further





Remember there is some risk messing around with the inf files.

 

Missing field Connect using in Local Area Connection Properties

Have you tried uninstalling the Network Adapter? Since there is no properties in the Local Area Connection, we suggest that you uninstall the Network Adapter. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows Key + R.
• Type devmgmt.msc.
• Right click on the Network Adapter.
• Select Uninstall.
• Select Ok.
• Select Scan for Hardware changes.
