    Cannot change system locale for utf-8 on Windows 11


    Hello. I got a question about changing the system locale from administrative language settings. I have changed from English US to Traditional Chinese HK, put a tick on Beta: use utf-8 for worldwide language support already but it doesn't let me click the 'apply' button it turns grey so I cannot press it. After clicking ok, I reopen it, it changed Traditional Chinese HK but actually it doesn't work because the notepad still shows code incorrectly. It still occurs after trying restarting pc of serval times. I guess the system locale can be only changed successfully by clicking the 'apply' bu

    Hindi UTF-8 Support in Windows Phone 7

    Is there any way to write static text (i.e. TextBlock Texts/ WebBrowser) in Hindi (UTF-8). All I see is boxes.
