Windows 10: Cannot change to a new app in the 'open with another app' selection menu.

I have an issue in the windows system.I was using a particular version of 'ungoogled-chromium' and was kept in a particular browser and made it the default browserThen after downloading a different version of it, I wanted to change the default browser to this new version. But rather than putting it as a new application, i replaced the existing application and also renamed that folder. I think that corrupted something in windows where the application paths are stored ?I had noticed it before, but now i got the proof.When I was running an application, i got an error which stated that, according

Word is not in the Open with selection list. He wants to add it to that specific .pdf Open with list.

You can't use it to add additional programs, only to set default programs.

Interestingly for me it shows nothing for text files:








Then if I want to add a portable app like Jarte Plus to open with context menu windows doesn't like it.





It's not present and is near impossible to add even via "look for an app on this PC"
