Windows 10: cannot change windows start up sound

Hello, I was trying to change Windows 10 start up sound using this guide https://helpdeskgeek.com/windows-10/how-to-change-the-windows-10-startup-sound/and when I got to the part where you select the program event to change the sound, I couldn't find one that says windows logon. Did Microsoft remove this feature in a windows update? Please help me try to fix this. I will attach a video below,Thanks, Devinhttps://imgur.com/a/6SrvrOD

How to change Windows starting sound in Win7?

Right click on your desktop then from the list choose Personalise and this window should open.




If you look at the bottom of my pic you should see the windows sounds option, I have put a red circle round this in the pic.

Click on sounds and another box will load and here you should have the option to change the startup sound.





You can choose you own sound by using the browse button.

You can also use the dropdown list to set a windows sound and this should not effect any other sounds as far as i remember.

  From speech
  select the sound for windows logon.
  
•

  Type sounds in the

• 
  Click on sounds.
  
• 
  Under program events ,under
  windows just click windows logoff.
  
• 
  From speech select the sound for
  windows logoff.
  
• 
  Click on apply.
  
• 
  Click ok.
  

If windows logon and logoff options are not available,then in that case you just need to

• 
  Enable play start up sounds.to get the windows start up sound .And by default there will be single sound available for windows logon sound.
