Windows 10: Cannot clean up dirty volume in any way

Recently my laptop has started showing the "Scanning and Repairing Volume C:" message on every single boot up. After doing some research and running some scans, I discovered that my C: drive the SSD on which Windows is installed is "Dirty". I have been looking for different methods of fixing it, however, I was left with the following results:Windows detects that there is an error on the drive, and even marks it as an "Important" security warning. It recommends the "Repair Disk" option, which reboots the PC, supposedly fixes the problems, and boots back up normally. After following this proce

Dirty Bit Not Resetting

After following the steps fsutil still reports that D: is dirty.

 

When I run fsutil dirty query c: it tells me that the drive is Dirty

The drive being "dirty" has nothing to do with age but the state of the file system.

It could be due to improper shutdown of a system or various other reasons.

A volume's dirty bit indicates that the file system may be in an inconsistent state. The dirty bit can be set because:

The volume is online and it has outstanding changes.

Changes were made to the volume and the computer was shut down before the changes were committed to the disk.

Corruption was detected on the volume.

If the dirty bit is set when the computer restarts, chkdsk runs to verify the file system integrity and to attempt to fix any issues with the volume.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
