Windows 10: Cannot Clear storage after uninstalling games from the xbox game store

Wow, I have done alot of research on this and I cannot believe how few answers are out there. None of those work either. I cannot believe that I cannot find or access the folder to delete these packages. This has been on going for years where is the fix for this?!?! HUGE HEADACHE.Once a game is uninstalled it will just sit in your c drive and there is little to no hope to clear this storage up to download other games. Im sure someone within the community can help me with this fix. However how is this user friendly for those who are not savey with computers in general. No wonder everyone is pr

UNINSTALL GAMES FROM MICROSOFT

Reference:

If you installed your game from the Microsoft Store, follow these steps:

1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.

2. Select All Apps, and then find your game in the list.

3. Right-click the game tile, and then select Uninstall.

4. Follow the steps to uninstall the game.

5. To reinstall your game, open the Store app, and then select the profile button.

6. Select My Library.

7. Locate your game in the list of available downloads, and then select the download icon to the right.

If you installed your game from a location other than the Microsoft Store, such as a DVD or external storage device, follow these steps:

1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.

2. Select Settings, and then in the search bar, type “Programs and features.”

3. Select Programs and Features from the search results.

4. Highlight your game in the list of available programs and apps.

5. If your game supports repair, Repair will appear as an option above the list of games. Select this option to access the in-game repair process. Alternatively, some games support repair via the Uninstall/Change options. If you don't see "Repair," select Uninstall
or Change from the available options and check to see if the game supports repair.

Need to fix XBOX game dvr or suggestions for a recording software just like xbox game dvr

To further troubleshoot your concern, w suggest that you run the Windows App Troubleshooter from this link. 

If you are still experiencing the same issue, follow the steps below to reset the Windows Store cache and update Xbox App.

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard. 
• Click on Command Prompt (Admin). 
• Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter. 
• Close the Command prompt, and then launch Windows Store. 
• Update the Xbox App in the Windows Store.  
• If there is no option for you to update it, uninstall and reinstall the app. 

Please make sure that the record option for Game DVR on the Xbox App is enabled. To do that, follow the steps below:

• Open the Xbox App.
• On the left pane, click the gear icon to view Settings.
• Select Game DVR.
• Make sure Record game clips and screenshots using Game DVR is
  On.
• Check if your Keyboard shortcuts are accurate to the one that you are using.
• Click Save if you made any changes.

If you are signed in to your Xbox account when playing the game, your game saves will be stored to the cloud storage. If you're playing the game without signing in your Xbox account, you can reset the game from Settings to remove your game saves. Let's try
to isolate this issue so that we could find a way for you to remove your game data. Kindly perform the following steps below:

Step 1: Reset the game from Settings.

1. Press the Windows key, then select the gear icon to access Settings.
2. Go to Apps.
3. Under Apps & features, locate the game.
4. Click the game, then select Advanced options.
5. Click Reset.

Step 2: Remove Temporary files on your computer.

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then click the Settings icon.
2. Select System, and then select
   Storage.
3. Select This PC and click on
   Temporary files.
4. Select Temporary files.
5. Click Remove files.
6. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
