Windows 10: Cannot connect ereader Tagus to PC

Discus and support Cannot connect ereader Tagus to PC in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I can´t open my ereader storage in my PC so it´s unvailable the possibility of introduce ebooks into my ereader or pull it out.     Cannot connect ereader Tagus to PC


    I can´t open my ereader storage in my PC so it´s unvailable the possibility of introduce ebooks into my ereader or pull it out. What can I do? I don´t know if it´s a problem of Windows or of ereaders Tagus. On the other hand, there is other incidence in the forum of Microsoft where it´s asserted that the problem is related to the upgrades of USB drivers, but when I try to update them in the device manager, it appears: The best drivers for your devices are already installed. What´s next?

    Nook ereader, has had no problem connecting before latest W10 update. nook s'ware v 1.7.0

    Kobo eReader Not Working Window 10

    a month ago I downloaded to my Kobo ereader as it was recognized in file manage. Now I plug in the Kobo and it indicates that it is connected but it is not recognized in the file manager as connection. I have Window 10 version 1909

    Any suggestions

    Thanks for your time and help, slaps own forehead, with another USB lead ereader connected. Other leads connecting power but not data.
