Cannot connect to a specific website when connected to my home network

I have attempted to access a specific website - my work's webmail - from my home network, Frontier, and have never been able to access. Whether it's via the wired connection on my desktop, to wifi connected to my notebook or iPhone. When I disconnect from the wifi on my phone, I am able to connect via cellular signal. I have also been able to access the website from other networks - such as Starbucks or friends/family who have AT&T, Xfinity, etc. I spent over an hour with Frontier support last night and they had me run a tracert on the website and determined that the issue was with the website not being able to connect to the Frontier server - it's the website's issue. So this morning I presented the issue to my company's IT support and they said that since I could access webmail on other networks the problem is with Frontier. I am now at a complete loss.

I have a Surface Pro, running Windows 10, which I connect to my Frontier wifi, and a Dell desktop, running Windows 10, with a wired connection to the Frontier network. I have also tried connecting with my work PC, when connected to the Frontier wifi, which is running Windows 8.1. I have attempted to access the website via Edge, IE, Firefox and Chrome, all with the same results. I have an iPhone 7 and have the same issue when connected to wifi, but I can access the site when I disconnect the phone from wifi.

I typically can get to the signon screen with my first attempt to access the site on my browser, but when I enter my credentials and hit join, I get the error message that the browser is unable to access the site - different message depending on the browser.

Aside from getting VPN access, which should eliminate my need to access webmail when connected to my home network, are there any suggestions on possible resolutions to my issue?

    :)

  2. Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

    2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

    3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

    4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.

I Hope you solve out your query soon.

    PC wont connect to network.

I have a HP computer that is set off aside that I am going to use for folding and for some reason it wont connect to my network. I have the modem connected to a switch, and from there my computer and the HP is connected, but I can get a connection but not my HP comp. Now when I hit repair it says that it couldn't do anything because it stops at IP renewing. I have even went into networking and changed the network connection to the top of the list.

See I hit repair and it says that it is renewing the IP address but it doesn't, then error.

How can I get it connected to my internet?
